Open an Stanbic IBTC Retirement Savings Account in 3 easy steps

Contact Us:

a) Call our Customer Care Unit on (01) 2716000 and request for a Stanbic IBTC RSA and/or VC account opening package

b) Visit our nearest office to register; or

c) Download the form from our website.

You should complete the forms in the package and forward them together with a copy of your identification i.e. international passport or driver's license and passport photograph, to any of our offices, Stanbic IBTC Bank branches nationwide, Access Bank Plc, Linkage Assurance Plc branches or the nearest UPS office.


Activation:

Within a short while of receipt of your completed form and relevant information, we will forward to you, the following information to enable you access your IBTC RSA and/or VC account;

a) A Unique Personal Identification Number ("PIN") as issued to you by the National Pension Commission

b) A username and;

c) A password.

This information will enable you gain access to your account on-line.

Notify your employer:

In addition to the information we send to you for activation of your account, we will also provide you with an account number with our PFC into which your employer will be required to pay your monthly contributions.

Please notify your employer of your RSA PIN and the PFC account number given to you immediately after you receive them for the subsequent remittance of your contributions.
