b) Download the form from our website.
You should complete the forms
in the package and forward them to any of our offices,
Stanbic IBTC Bank branches nationwide, designated
Access Bank Plc, Oceanic bank Plc, Linkage Assurance
Plc branches or nearest UPS office.
Activation:
Within a short while of receipt of your completed form and
relevant information, you will be able to access your
Stanbic IBTC VC from our website using your existing log-on
details for your IBTC RSA.
Notify your employer:
When you choose
to make your VC contributions through your employer,
please notify your employer immediately of your additional
deductions to be made from your salary and inform him
that he will now begin to remit this additional sum to
us along with your RSA contributions.
